What You'll Bring: • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, data engineering, or technical roles. • A bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Data Science, Statistics, Business Finance/Economics, Informatics, or Computer Science. • Expertise in data manipulation tools such as R, SQL, Python, and experience with dashboard tools like Tableau, Looker, Airtable, or Smartsheet. • Understanding of relational database design and function. • Strong analytical and mathematical skills. • Proven ability to work independently, demonstrating strategic thinking, excellent decision-making, and keen attention to detail. • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience presenting technical concepts. • Proficiency in Excel, Smartsheet, or Airtable.
