Full Job Description We are St Louis based real estate startup with 1 small boutique Hotel & several Airbnb apartments all located in central west end neighborhood! We are seeking a property manager to manage our rental properties with airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com and several other vacation rental platforms. We have grown 500% in last 2 years. There is an opportunity to grow with us. https://www.stlwestend.com/ Responsibilities: • Oversee total of 1 Hotel & 18 vacation rentals & in 4 buildings in the St Louis city central west end area. • Handle all text messages and in-app inquiries and respond within a few minutes of inquiry. Delight every customer and strive for 5 star rating after each stay. • Schedule all cleaners and maintain high standards for room cleans. Work closely with cleaning crew to make sure each turn is sparkling clean. • Manage supplies for Hotel and all Airbnbs. • Daily walk through on all units to ensure cleans are done correctly before guest checks-in. • Review guest reviews and experiences to discover ways to improve. Drive each property rating to 4.8 ratings. • Schedule & coordinate maintenance issues with dedicated handyman. • Be available to guests to help answer questions after hours and deal with maintenance emergencies. You can choose a day during the week to be off. • Be a leader for the team and ensure everyone on the team is feels appreciated & valued. Qualifications: • Excellent Customer Skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently • Must have 5 years of experience in Airbnb. Hotel experience is plus.
