As a Remote Chat Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support through online chat platforms. • *Key Responsibilities:** 1.

Customer Interaction:

- Engage with customers via live chat in a professional and friendly manner. - Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries regarding our products, services, and technology solutions. - Manage multiple chat sessions concurrently while ensuring high satisfaction and quality of service. 2.

Problem Resolution:

- Identify and troubleshoot customer issues effectively, escalating to appropriate teams when necessary. - Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the assistance provided. - Document and track all customer interactions in our support ticketing system. 3.

Knowledge Management:

- Stay current on CDW’s products, services, policies, and procedures to provide informed support. - Contribute to the development and maintenance of FAQs, knowledge base articles, and other support documentation. - Share feedback and insights with the team to help improve customer experience and operational efficiency. 4.

Collaboration:

- Work collaboratively with team members and cross-functional departments to enhance service delivery. - Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing issues, trends, and best practices. - Foster an environment of transparency and open dialogue to facilitate effective communication within the team. 5.

Performance Tracking:

- Monitor and strive to achieve individual performance metrics and customer satisfaction goals. - Collect data on customer interactions to identify trends and suggest improvements for service delivery. • *Requirements:** -

Experience:

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer support, preferably in a remote or chat support role. -

Education:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. -

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in using chat support tools and ticketing systems. - Strong understanding of technology solutions and products. -

Personality Traits:

- Energetic and self-motivated individual with a positive attitude. - Reliable and trustworthy with a strong sense of accountability. -

Soft Skills:
