Responsibilities • Enter and update operational data related to furnace systems, maintenance logs, and customer information into the company's database or software systems. • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entries, performing regular quality checks to maintain data integrity. • Collaborate effectively with on-site teams and supervisors to clarify data entry requirements and resolve any discrepancies. • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data protection and information security. • Support other administrative tasks and projects as needed. Qualifications • Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles. • Proficiency in using computer software and database systems for data entry and management. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks. • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment. • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data entry or administrative studies are a plus.
