Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred. • Proven experience in data entry or a similar role. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. • Strong typing skills; ability to type at least 60 words per minute. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Responsibilities • Input and update data in various systems with accuracy and attention to detail. • Verify data for accuracy and completeness. • Identify and correct data entry errors. • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information. • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure data consistency. • Generate reports as needed from the data entry software. • Participate in training and development opportunities to improve skills.
