Job Description
Ecom Solutions Inc. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Amazon Catalog Specialist to join our remote team. This position plays a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Amazon product listings, ensuring accuracy, and enhancing the customer shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Create, update, and manage product listings on Amazon.
- Ensure product data accuracy, including descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory levels.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize product listings to improve search rankings and visibility.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews and questions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with Amazon policies, best practices, and new features.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Amazon Catalog Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and its features.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant certifications in e-commerce or digital marketing are a plus.
