Job Description:
As an Amazon Prime SameDay Delivery Driver, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring that Amazon Prime packages are delivered in a timely and efficient manner. This position requires excellent customer service skills and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
– Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.
– Use handheld technology to deliver packages, manage delivery progress, and solve obstacles.
– Ensure packages are delivered to customers in a safe and punctual manner.
– Interact with Amazon customers and the public in a professional and positive manner.
– Use delivery route navigation apps and read instructions from dispatchers and supervisors.
Requirements:
– Must be at least 21 years old.
– Have a valid state drivers license.
– Consent to a drug test.
– Ability to operate and navigate a delivery van, size up to 26,000 lbs.
– Able to get in and out of van and walk up and down stairs through your shift.
– Demonstrated commitment to customer service.
Education Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
Previous delivery driving experience is a plus but not required.
