Job Description

Responsibilities

– Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers aboard flights.

– Deliver friendly and professional service to passengers, assisting with seating, food and beverage services, and boarding processes.

– Conduct pre-flight inspections and safety checks.

– Administer first aid as needed.

– Address passenger questions and concerns with a solutions-oriented approach.

– Manage in-flight sales of food, beverages, and duty-free items.

– Brief passengers on the aircraft’s safety procedures.

Requirements

– Minimum age of 18 years.

– High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.

– Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

– Possess a valid passport or be able to obtain one.

– Comfortable working in high-stress environments and capable of handling emergency situations.

– Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

– Fluent in English, with fluency in additional languages considered a plus.

– Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift luggage and equipment.

– Must live within a reasonable distance or relocate to your assigned base location.

Educational Qualifications

– High school diploma or equivalent required.

– Further certifications in hospitality, customer service, or safety are advantageous but not required.
