Job Description:
Being a part of our customer service team, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and service. This role involves managing inbound/outbound calls and emails, resolving customer queries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
– Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
– Process orders, forms, and applications.
– Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
– Communicate with customers through various channels.
– Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers.
– Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
– Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Proven customer support experience.
– Strong phone handling skills and active listening.
– Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills.
– Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Experience:
While previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous, it is not essential as comprehensive training will be provided.
