Job Description:
As an Instacart Shopper Delivery Partner, your primary role will be to pick groceries from various vendors and deliver them to our customers in a timely and efficient manner. You will be an ambassador for our brand, providing high-quality service that aligns with our company’s values and expectations.
Responsibilities:
1. Shop for groceries using the customers list provided through the Instacart app.
2. Deliver groceries to the customers at their chosen location and time.
3. Provide excellent customer service and handle any complaints professionally.
4. Communicate with Instacart support when necessary.
5. Follow all company guidelines and policies.
Requirements:
1. Must be at least 18 years old.
2. Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
3. Must have smartphone to access the Instacart Shopper app.
4. Excellent time-management and customer service skills.
5. Ability to lift heavy items and groceries.
Educational Qualifications:
No specific educational qualifications required.
Experience:
Previous experience in delivery services or customer service could be beneficial, but not mandatory as we provide comprehensive training to all our new shoppers.
