Description:
The Amazon Prime Express Delivery Driver is a critical role in ensuring our customers receive their packages on time. The driver will be responsible for picking up packages from the Amazon facility and delivering them to the designated location using the company’s vehicles. This role involves interaction with customers and requires excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
– Picking up and delivering packages to customers accurately and on time.
– Ensuring excellent customer service through professional interaction and prompt response.
– Loading and unloading packages from the vehicle carefully.
– Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
– Obeying traffic laws and following established traffic and transportation procedures.
Requirements:
– Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license.
– Ability to handle physical workload, including lifting packages up to 50 lbs.
– Clean driving record and background check.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. No specific tertiary qualifications are required, but previous experience in delivery driving or customer service is an advantage.
