Job Description
As a Shuttle Van Driver, you will have the responsibility of transporting guests to and from predetermined locations in the safest and most efficient manner. You will need to maintain a clean and comfortable environment within the van and ensure that all passengers have a positive experience. This role requires clear communication skills, a clean driving record, and a commitment to punctual, reliable service.
Responsibilities
– Transport passengers to and from designated locations in a timely manner
– Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage
– Maintain a clean and functional vehicle
– Adhere to all traffic and company regulations
– Provide excellent customer service to passengers
– Handle cash and make change for fares when necessary
– Conduct basic vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues
Requirements
– Valid U.S. drivers license with a good driving record
– Must be at least 21 years old
– Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
– Strong verbal communication skills
– High level of professionalism and strong customer service skills
– Ability to lift and carry luggage up to 50 pounds
– Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Educational Qualifications
– High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience
– Previous driving experience preferably in a similar role or in customer service sector is a plus
