We are currently hiring for the position of a Part-Time Grubhub Food Courier at Grubhub Inc. This is a part-time role, with flexible hours totaling to under 4 hours daily. Job Description:
As a Grubhub Food Courier, your core responsibility will be to deliver meals to our clients promptly. You will act as a bridge between our customers and restaurants, ensuring customer satisfaction aligned with Grubhubs guidelines. Your role will contribute to the overall seamless operation of our delivery service.
Responsibilities:
– Picking up food from restaurants and delivering it to customers in a timely fashion.
– Ensuring the quality and quantity of the food are accurate before delivery.
– Providing excellent customer service and handling food with care.
– Adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
– Using the Grubhub app to keep track of orders and deliveries.
– Managing cash and card payments upon delivery, where necessary.
Requirements:
– Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
– Access to a reliable vehicle or a mode of transportation.
– Ability to handle heavy items occasionally.
– Strong time management skills.
– Ability to work in various weather conditions.
– Good communication skills and friendly demeanor.
– Basic knowledge of using smartphone apps.
Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not compulsory.
Experience:
Previous experience in food delivery or customer service roles is a plus but not mandatory.
