Job Description:
As Data Entry Clerk, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining our database by accurately and efficiently entering new and updated customer and account information. You will play a key role in the smooth operation of our company by ensuring that our data remains current, accurate, and easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
– Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry
– Check source documents for accuracy
– Verify data and correct data where necessary
– Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files and forms
– Maintain logbooks or records of activities and tasks
– Respond to requests for information and access relevant files
Requirements:
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
– Excellent typing speed and accuracy
– Attention to detail and ability to spot errors
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in data entry or similar role is preferred

Educational Qualifications:
– High School Diploma or GED required

Experience:
