Job Description
As a Parcel Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering packages to customers promptly, efficiently, and with the utmost care. You will be the face of Amazon, and thus, exceptional customer service skills are essential. You will also be required to maintain delivery records and adhere to safety protocols.
Responsibilities
– Load and unload packages from delivery vehicles
– Deliver packages to customers’ homes, retail locations, and other delivery locations
– Follow the delivery route and schedule provided
– Use handheld technology to manage delivery progress and handle issues
– Adhere to safety procedures and standards at all times
Requirements
– Valid driver’s license
– Clean driving record
– Able to manage time effectively and work on a deadline
– Ability to lift and carry packages (up to 50 pounds)
– Excellent customer service skills

Educational Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience
Previous delivery driver experience is preferred but not mandatory as comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
