Job Description:

As a Bartender at Hazard Restaurant Group, you will have the opportunity to interact with our customers and ensure they have a great experience when dining with us. You will be responsible for preparing alcohol or non-alcohol beverages, serving snacks and bar food, handling payments, and maintaining a clean and well-stocked bar.

Responsibilities:

– Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks.

– Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.

– Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.

– Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age.

– Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.

– Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.

– Comply with all food and beverage regulations.

Requirements:

– Proven working experience as a Bartender.

– Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.

– Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

– Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.

– Relevant training certificate.

Educational Qualification:

– High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

– Bartending training and certification would be considered an asset.

Experience:

– Proven experience as a Bartender or relevant role in the hospitality industry.
