Job Description:
As a Walmart Home Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring that customers receive their orders on time and in excellent condition. You will be the face of Walmart, demonstrating our commitment to top-notch customer service and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
– Safely operate a company vehicle for the delivery of customer orders
– Provide excellent customer service
– Load and unload the vehicle, manage delivery schedules and routes
– Verify orders before delivery to ensure correctness
– Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
– Maintain cleanliness and good working condition of the delivery vehicle
– Adhere to company policies and regulations
Requirements:
– Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
– Ability to lift heavy objects
– Strong communication and customer service skills
– Familiarity with GPS devices or map apps
– Able to pass a background check and drug test
– No prior felony convictions
Educational Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Experience:
Prior experience in a delivery role is desired but not mandatory. Walmart values reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to customer satisfaction over specific work experience.
