Job Summary

We’re looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Client Support Specialist for an immediate start. This is a full-time position with an annual salary ranging from $40,000 to $50,000. Job Description

As a Client Support Specialist at Amazon, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, providing top-notch support and ensuring their satisfaction. You will handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

– Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

– Basic understanding of CRM systems and practices

– High school diploma or equivalent

– Previous customer service experience is a plus

Responsibilities

– Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat

– Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools

– Handle client complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

– Keep records of client interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken

– Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Educational Qualifications

– High School diploma or GED required
