As a Cabin Crew Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our passengers aboard Southwest flights. You will work closely with experienced cabin crew members who will guide you through our thorough training program, preparing you for a range of responsibilities.

### Responsibilities

– Assist cabin crew in preparing the aircraft cabin for departure and securing the cabin for landing

– Help ensure safety procedures are followed and assist in emergency preparedness

– Deliver high-quality customer service, responding to passenger requests courteously and efficiently

– Provide support in the distribution of snacks, beverages, and meals, depending on the flight duration

– Contribute to the team’s efforts to maintain a clean and tidy cabin environment

– Participate actively in pre-flight briefings and post-flight debriefings

### Requirements

– Minimum age of 18 years

– High School Diploma or GED

– Proficient in English; bilingual abilities are a plus

– Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

– Comfortable working in confined spaces and at varying altitudes

– Possess a friendly and outgoing personality

– Capable of lifting and moving items up to 35 pounds

– Must pass a background check and drug testing
