Job Title: Fitness Trainer (Part-Time) – Quincy
Job Summary:
Gold’s Gym, one of the leading fitness organizations in the US, is seeking a passionate and dedicated part-time Fitness Trainer to join our team in Quincy. This position comes with a competitive hourly rate, and working hours will not exceed 4 hours per day. Job Description:
As a Fitness Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting fitness training sessions, designing workout programs, and motivating our members to reach their fitness goals. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a friendly and supportive environment where our members feel comfortable and encouraged to improve their fitness and health.
Responsibilities:
– Conduct group fitness classes and personal training sessions
– Create personalized workout and nutrition plans for clients based on their individual goals and fitness level
– Motivate and inspire clients to get results through goal setting, frequent follow-ups, and re-assessments
– Maintain a clean and safe workout environment
– Maintain professional conduct and represent Gold’s Gym’s brand positively at all times
Requirements:
– Must be a certified Fitness Trainer
– CPR and First Aid certification
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
– Knowledge and experience with fitness assessments and program design

Educational Qualifications:
A High School Diploma is a minimum requirement. However, a degree in a health or fitness-related field is preferred.
Experience:
Prior experience as a Fitness Trainer is preferred. However, newly certified trainers are welcome to apply.
