Job Summary:

Hilton Hotels & Resorts, a leading international hotel chain, is currently seeking a part-time Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be compensated on an hourly basis, working less than four hours a day. Job Description:

The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our guests. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the hotel. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with people and creating a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

– Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office

– Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office

– Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material

– Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls

– Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email

Requirements:

– Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

– Hands-on experience with office equipment

– Professional attitude and appearance

– Solid written and verbal communication skills

Educational Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.

Experience:

Previous experience in a customer service role or receptionist role will be an advantage.
