Job Description:
We are looking for reliable, enthusiastic individuals to join our event team. As an Event Staff member, youll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. Youll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including guest services, ticketing, crowd management, and event setup/breakdown. Responsibilities:
– Providing excellent customer service to event attendees
– Assisting with event setup and breakdown
– Managing ticketing and entry procedures
– Controlling crowds and managing queues
– Responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly
– Adhering to all company policies and procedures
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Strong customer service skills
– Ability to stand for extended periods
– Excellent communication skills
– Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
– Previous experience in event management or customer service is a plus
