### Description
As an Entry-Level Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, helping to ensure their travel experience is seamless and enjoyable. Your primary responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our services and policies.
### Requirements
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
– Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate various software applications

### Responsibilities
– Answer customer calls and emails promptly and professionally
– Provide information regarding flight schedules, baggage policies, and other travel-related inquiries

– Assist with booking and rebooking flights, processing refunds, and making adjustments to travel itineraries
