Job Summary:

Job Description:
As a Fitness Instructor, you will help our members achieve their fitness goals through one-on-one coaching, group training sessions, and general fitness advice. You will be responsible for creating and delivering a range of exciting, engaging fitness classes to ensure our members remain motivated to attain their fitness goals.
Responsibilities:
– Plan and lead fitness classes, keeping them enjoyable and effective.
– Monitor the correct execution of exercise routines to minimize injuries.
– Provide fitness advice and guidance to gym members.
– Track members’ fitness progress and adjust their exercise plans accordingly.
– Ensure safety and cleanliness in the gym area at all times.
– Assist in the promotion and selling of additional services, products, and packages.
Requirements:
– Certified Fitness Instructor from a recognized institution.
– Proven experience in the fitness industry.
– Excellent communication and leadership skills.
– Ability to motivate and inspire gym members.
– Basic knowledge of nutrition and health.
– First Aid and CPR certified.
Educational Qualifications:
A bachelors degree or equivalent in Physical Education or related field is preferred.
