Job Description
XYZ Services Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor for our Customer Service team. - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
- Analyze customer service metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
- Prepare regular reports on team performance and customer feedback.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a customer service supervisor or similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with customer service software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage remote teams.
- High-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant certifications in customer service or management are a plus.
