Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our passengers through live chat. You will assist customers with their inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless travel experience. This position offers flexible hours, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while contributing to one of the leading airlines in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via live chat, addressing inquiries and providing information related to flight bookings, cancellations, and general travel assistance.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on Delta Airlines policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate information.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a live chat environment.
- Excellent written communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with travel and airline industry terminology is a plus.
