Data Entry Specialist - Flexible Hours & Growth Opportunities

As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring our data... is accurately entered and maintained, contributing to the smooth running of our operations. Responsibilities Accurately enter data into our system using a steady flow of images. Identify and categorize document types based on provided documentation. Review and verify data to meet quality standards. Maintain confidentiality of all Personal Health Information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA standards. Collaborate professionally with team members as needed. Suggest improvements to job processes to enhance efficiency. Complete daily tasks and perform additional office duties as assigned. Hourly Pay and Schedule $12 per hour. Both part-time and full-time positions are available, with a preference for full-time. A minimum of 20 hours per week is required. Shifts are available between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday. What We're Looking For Self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Ability to multitask and stay focused. High attention to detail with efficiency in work. Quick learner, able to follow instructions accurately. Commitment to maintaining client data confidentiality. Proficiency in reading and speaking English. Typing Speed: 50 WPM with 95% accuracy; 4,500 KPH with 95% accuracy.
