Key Responsibilities • Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations to understand students’ academic, social, and emotional needs. • Work with school teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs). • Provide remote counseling and intervention services to students. • Assist in crisis prevention and intervention. • Participate in virtual meetings and consultations with parents, teachers, and administrators. • Maintain accurate and confidential student records. • Stay informed about state and federal regulations related to special education. Qualifications • Master's or Doctorate degree in School Psychology. • Maryland School Psychologist License or eligibility for licensure. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational and time management abilities. • Familiarity with virtual assessment tools and technology. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a school setting.
