TISC Innovation Senior Finance Manager
The senior manager supports the Technical Innovation & Supply Chain (TISC) Innovation senior Finance director to provide Strategic Finance insights to TISC Innovation teams, provide finance modelling, financial and business data analysis, financial metrics performance review, and execute initiatives across TISC Innovation functions (Research To Experimentation, Global Development and Innovation... Future Flow and Freestyle Innovation Center), in liaison with Corporate and Operating Units(OU), to accelerate Innovation Contribution to Growth (Innovation to contribute at least 25% of KO Net Sales Revenue and Gross Profit) and protect and improve margins, while supporting optimization and changes to TISC Innovation structure. For reference, Innovation contributed US$ 2.2 Billion NSR and US$ 1.2 Billion GP in 2023. Support new thinking for optimization Innovation framework, TISC Innovation structure and innovation focus (packaging, products, equipment, packageless solutions), especially for Future Flow, FIC and R&D centers. Work closely and collaboratively with TISC Leadership team, Global Marketing/Global Category teams, Global Strategy and leveraging other global finance functions linked to Innovation (Global Supply Chain finance, TISC Budget Controller, Global Marketing Finance, Global FP&A, OU finance teams) while driving finance discipline and automation/digitization, providing financial analysis and business modelling to support Innovation decision making process/resource allocation and improve Innovation effectiveness. What Youll Do for Us: Strategic finance support to Innovation teams, maintain a comprehensive understanding of global market trends, competitive landscape, and internal performance metrics to recommend strategic adjustments, and presentations to TISC LT Innovation financial modelling, data analysis, financial metrics performance review (Contribution To Growth, margins, ROI, NPV, etc.) and actionable insights to drive business decisions Alignment Innovation initiatives, budgeting and performance with all relevant TISC Strategic Objectives and Big Rocks Optimize processes and team structure, automate database and data collection process, drive financial discipline to increase Innovation effectiveness Drive collaboration with TISC multiple stakeholders (within and outside Innovation teams), other finance functions within and outside TISC, and work seamlessly with Platform Services, Genpact and Digital/Innovation councils Qualifications & Requirements: 5+ years professional experience (Strategic planning, Commercial Finance and Change Agent roles) Strategic and Critical Thinking Financial and business modelling expertise Process Management and Improvement Growth Mind Set Comfort with Ambiguity Communication/Presentation Skills Story telling Technology Agile ways of working Analytical Skills Location: Atlanta, Georgia Hybrid work schedule - 3 days per week in person and 2 days virtual The TISC Innovation senior finance manager does not directly manage any associate, but oversees/influences work done by Platform Services, Genpact associates and external service providers Position also plays an important role in educating non finance TISC stakeholders regarding financial tools, modelling and metrics relevant to Innovation contribution to growth What We Can Do for You: Iconic & Innovative Brands: Our portfolio represents over 200 products with some of the most popular brands in the world, including Coca-Cola, Costa Coffee, Innocent, Fairlife & Topo Chico.
