Responsibilities • Plan, script, shoot, and edit engaging video content for our YouTube channel. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts that align with our brand strategy. • Optimize videos for SEO and ensure they meet YouTube’s guidelines. • Monitor and analyze video performance metrics to refine future content. • Engage with our online community and respond to comments to foster viewer interaction. • Stay up-to-date with the latest YouTube trends, tools, and best practices. Requirements • Proven experience as a YouTube Content Creator or similar role. • Strong video production skills, including filming, editing, and sound design. • Proficient with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent. • Excellent storytelling skills and a creative mindset. • Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms and SEO principles. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit. Educational Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Studies, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required. Relevant work experience will also be considered.
