Description As a Web Chat Agent, you will engage in online conversations, assisting individuals with inquiries regarding automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, finance, and general dealership questions. Responsibilities • Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat. • Provide accurate information about products and services through online chat. • Narrow down on appointment details to schedule bookings. • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the continuously evolving products and services. • Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review. • Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review. Qualifications • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry preferred but not mandatory. • Typing speed of at least 35 WPM; 40 WPM or above is preferred. • Basic internet and Windows-based computer skills. • Strong ability to multitask; gaming experience may be beneficial. • Positive and professional demeanor. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a fast-paced work environment. Requirements • Excellent customer service skills with the capability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Pleasant, patient, and friendly attitude. • Strong decision-making and analytical abilities. • Fluent in English, both spoken and written. • Fast typing skills are a plus; minimum 35 WPM required. • Must pass a background check. • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification. • Experience in an office setting, customer interaction, call center, or customer service environment is preferred (2+ years experience).
