Data Analyst, Safety and Operations Excellence (remote)
Job Description
As the Data Analyst, Safety & Operations Excellence for the Safety and Operations and Network Operations Center (NOC) team at Signature Aviation, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging data-driven insights to enhance safety protocols, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making across our global aviation services network. You will be responsible for collecting... analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources to drive actionable recommendations that optimize safety standards, operational processes, and overall performance.
Responsibilities
Data Strategy and Management Oversee the collection, integration, and quality assurance of data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and reliability. Collaborate with IT teams to enhance data infrastructure and maintain data integrity. Data Analysis and Insights Lead advanced analytics initiatives to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in safety and operational performance. Utilize statistical methods and machine learning techniques to predict and prevent safety incidents. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on data analysis. Operational Excellence Partner with operational leaders to implement data-driven solutions that streamline processes and enhance efficiency. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to safety and operations, developing dashboards and reports to track performance metrics. Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Safety, Operations, IT, and Compliance, to align data initiatives with organizational objectives.
Qualifications
Minimum Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience Proven experience (4+ years) in data analytics, with a focus on safety, operations, or aviation industry preferred. Additional Knowledge And Skills Experience in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization using tools such as Python, R, SQL, Tableau, or similar platforms. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data findings into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
