Data Entry Associate - Contract

ConocoPhillips is a leading oil and gas company, based in Bartlesville, OK, and is hiring Data Entry Associates for contract positions. The Data Entry Associate performs data entry processes into a database. Key Accountabilities... • Assist in the establishment and maintenance of Division of Interest in SAP-PRA • Interpreting and loading legal descriptions • Independently identify properties and owners related to correspondence received. • Support the process of mailing of and returned Due Diligence letters as part of owner tracking/escheat activities. • Handle routine correspondence and telephone inquiries from interest owners. • Preparing and distributing correspondence per analysts’ instructions. • Develop a network of contacts and maintain a positive rapport with both internal and external customers. • Developing and applying basic Land Management principles and practices Required and Preferred Skills and Experience • Intermediate Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products • Basic Math Skills • Effective oral and written communication skills • Strong customer service orientation • Holds self-accountable for achieving goals and outcomes. • Uses logic when making decisions. • Sets high standards for performance. • 1+ years of direct experience in the Oil and Gas Industry • Experience with oil/gas law, real property/title law, and government regulations • Experience with SAP-PRA Ownership Module or Land Ownership software ConocoPhillips contract opportunities are for project-based or other short-term engagements that require specialized skills.
