Position Overview: As the Vice President of Operations at Big Chicken, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing all operational aspects of our growing chain. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of operational excellence, efficiency, and profitability across all locations. Key Responsibilities: 1 - Operational Strategy and Execution: • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve operational goals aligned with the company's overall objectives. • Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple Big Chicken locations, ensuring consistent adherence to operational policies, procedures, and standards. 2 - Quality Control and Compliance: • Maintain rigorous standards for food quality, preparation, and presentation. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations across all locations. 3 - Financial Management: • Drive financial performance through effective cost management of both food cost and labor cost models. • Analyze financial reports and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings. 4 - Team Leadership and Development: • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing operations team. • Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, BIG fun, and continuous improvement among all employees. 5 - Customer Experience: • Champion a customer-first mentality throughout the organization. • Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience. 6 = Expansion and New Initiatives: • Support the CEO in evaluating new market opportunities and expansion strategies. • Lead the operational execution of new store openings and initiatives. 7 - Culinary: • Manages the corporate chefs ensuring that R&D and LTOs are both loved by guests and at the right the cost/price. 8 - IT: • Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other external partners to ensure seamless IT support for our restaurants Qualifications: • Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior operations management role within the QSR/Fast Casual Restaurant industry, with a focus on multi-unit management. • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including food service, kitchen operations, and front-of-house management. • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve operational excellence. • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization. • Experience leading culinary and IT processes in QSR Franchised restaurant chains. Education: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
