Experienced Medical Transcriptionist with Oncology Focus

Key Responsibilities • Accurately transcribe dictations from healthcare professionals in a timely manner. • Utilize electronic records software to maintain high standards of documentation. • Meet scheduled work hours and production targets consistently. Requirements • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Transcriptionist in a clinical setting. • Proficient in computer and word processing software, with a solid understanding of grammar, punctuation, editing, and spelling. • Excellent organizational and self-management skills. • Strong verbal and written communication abilities. • Familiarity with current medical transcription guidelines and best practices. • Good hearing and vision acuity to process work accurately and efficiently. • A dedicated remote workspace that complies with safety, confidentiality, and electronic records standards. Preferred Qualifications • Medical Transcription certification from an accredited program or professional organization. • At least 1 year of experience in an oncology or radiation medical environment. • Experience with Mosaic EMR and Winscribe Speech Recognition Technology software.
