What We're Looking For • Excellent communicators with a passion for customer service. • Comfortable using computers and technology in daily tasks. • Capable of educating customers on products and services in a professional, friendly manner. Key Responsibilities • Handling inbound and outbound calls (no cold-calling). • Completing sales and customer enrollments. • Identifying opportunities to boost product sales and deliver exceptional service.
