Summary: The Marketing Coordinator provides administrative, technical and coordination support related to the development and implementation of company specific marketing plans, advertising campaigns and other programs that help achieve the company’s goals and objectives. Job duties include, but are not limited to, the following • Manage and develop new content for marketing campaigns and web pages. • Coordinate with internal teams (loan officers, sales, graphic design) to ensure seamless project execution. • Create and distribute copywriting content for web pages, marketing campaigns, and blogs. • Partner with marketing leadership to develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with company objectives. • Assist in building email campaigns through marketing automation tools. • Develop new concepts and content for targeting new borrowers through consumer direct marketing channels. • Support, coordinate and handle individual tasks presented and needed for sales and marketing purposes. • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in mortgage marketing. Required Skills/ Abilities: • Strong Microsoft Office Suite and PDF application skills. • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. • Ability to work independently and with the team in a fast-paced environment. • Self-accountability with a high level of integrity and honesty. • Ability to think outside of the box to develop new strategies for marketing campaigns. • Analytical and creative mindset. • Operates well in an environment of rapid change, tight deadlines, and cross-functional dependencies. Supervisory Responsibilities: • This position does not have direct reports. Education and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications or related field. • 1-3 years of work experience in marketing or communications. • Experience within finance and the mortgage industry is a plus. Physical Demands/ Environment: • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
