Order Processing Specialist

The successful candidate for this position should be detail-oriented, have excellent English Communication, be efficient, and be able to solve problems. They should be comfortable working with different systems and have a strong understanding of customer purchase orders and quotes. We have two (2) India-based, full-time, remote positions Position 1 The work hours are Monday - Friday, 2:30p -11:30p India Standard time. Position 2 The work hours are Monday - Friday, 6:00p - 3:00a India Standard time. Key Responsibilities: • Review and maintain the electronic order queue. • Vet orders for errors and upload them to a designated drive. • Enter orders accurately and promptly from different sources, including Exostar, Emails and Purchase Orders. • Compare customer purchase orders to quotes or... perform manual entry when necessary. • Verify customer account details, ensure accurate order entry, verify line numbers and pricing, and ensure the orders contain all the necessary information to process them correctly. • Check inventory levels and adjust orders accordingly. • Communicate with the Inside sales reps and or customers about any discrepancies. Requirements: • At least 3 years of prior experience in order processing, order entry, or similar role. • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to vet orders for errors. • A strong understanding of customer purchase orders and quotes with the ability to compare to ensure accuracy. • Exceptional English communication skills to communicate with the Inside Sales Reps, customers, and internal stakeholders. • Ability to effectively manage your time to ensure timely and accurate order processing. • Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities. • Have a positive attitude and be willing to work collaboratively with others in the team. • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to think on your feet, and address discrepancies or issues promptly. #LI-Remote 0RCv5rggop Apply Job!
