Collect customer feedback and relay insights to the management team to improve service efficiency and client satisfaction. -

Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure the best possible customer experience is delivered. -

Continuous Learning:

Participate in training and development opportunities to expand your skill set and improve service delivery. -

Adherence to Policies:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus. -

Experience:

No prior customer service experience is required, but any exposure to client-facing roles will be advantageous. -
