Qualifications • Coachable personality • Strong work ethic and drive to succeed • Excellent time management skills • Active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Self-motivated and reliable • Must have Windows Laptop/PC, internet access, and a working camera What You Will Do: • Conduct Zoom meetings with individuals and families to assess their insurance requirements. • Assist clients in navigating the enrollment process by offering guidance and support. • Respond to questions and resolve any issues they may encounter. • Work alongside team members to facilitate a seamless and effective enrollment experience. • Keep precise and comprehensive records of client communications and enrollment documentation.
