Job Type Full-time Working Hours Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible Shifts Available) Responsibilities • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. • Assist with booking, changing, and canceling flights. • Provide information on flight schedules, delays, and cancellations. • Help customers with baggage inquiries and lost items. • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed. • Process refunds and compensation claims. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
