Skills • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills • Strong project management and analytical skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to analyze and organize substantial amounts of data • Knowledge of federal and state laws related to compensation and HR • Experience with ERP implementation, particularly Workday • Ability to create content and deliver online training Responsibilities • Analyze compensation, market, and other data to provide recommendations • Research external market trends and internal data to inform compensation strategies • Develop and document internal business processes to meet organizational goals • Lead the development of compensation design and introduction of new programs • Administer day-to-day compensation operations and research related issues • Collaborate with leadership to evaluate compensation strategies and provide data-driven recommendations • Perform operational responsibilities such as market analysis, salary ranges, and job descriptions • Audit and maintain compensation policies/programs for compliance • Develop content for education and training on compensation programs • Manage the annual merit cycle for various pay structures Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, accounting, finance, or mathematics preferred • 3+ years of advanced compensation analysis experience or equivalent • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with other departments • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage assigned projects effectively Education Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field Education Requirements Credential Category • Bachelor’s degree Experience Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in advanced compensation analysis • Experience with ERP implementation, particularly Workday, is preferred Why work in Dallas, TX Dallas is a vibrant city known for its diverse culture, strong economy, and numerous opportunities for professional growth.
