Position: Data Entry Specialist We are currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team. The candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and updating our logistics database, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our operations. Responsibilities • Accurately input data into our logistics management system. • Verify data for accuracy and completeness. • Update and maintain information in our database on a regular basis. • Assist in preparing regular reports and summaries of data. • Collaborate with other team members to ensure data integrity and consistency. • Identify and correct data entry errors and report any discrepancies. • Maintain confidentiality and security of all data. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data management or related fields are a plus. • Proven experience as a data entry specialist or similar position. • Excellent typing speed and accuracy. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Familiarity with logistics or supply chain management systems is a plus. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
