Key Responsibilities • Design and tailor special education curriculum for effective online delivery. • Develop customized digital learning resources to meet the unique needs of each student. • Create and manage virtual Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and learning plans. • Deliver online instruction and provide ongoing support to students with disabilities. • Work alongside general education teachers to integrate inclusive practices into the classroom. • Conduct virtual assessments and monitor student progress to ensure their success. • Engage in professional development and contribute to team planning sessions to enhance educational practices. Qualifications • Master's degree in Special Education or Curriculum Development. • Valid teaching license with a special education endorsement. • At least 4 years of experience in special education and curriculum design. • Proficiency with educational technology and learning management systems. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Demonstrated creativity and innovation in developing online educational resources. • A deep commitment to inclusive education and student-centered learning.
