Paper Operations Specialists are responsible for the preparation of documents. In this case, our Paper Operations Specialists will be prepping envelopes for our mail processing project. They are trusted to deliver work on a timely basis without compromising on quality and preciseness. Paper Operations Specialists must have a strong attention to detail and be willing to work at a desk. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: ? Remove contents from envelopes ? Fix creased or folded paper ? Repair tears in documents ? Organize envelope and contents Job Requirements: ? Must live within 30 miles of our Portsmouth, NH office ? Must have reliable transportation - You will need to do the pickups & drop offs of mail bins ? Must have reliable internet access to login to our job tracking system ? High School Diploma or GED ? Ability to pass Background & Credit Check Skill Requirements: ? Strong organizational skills ? Have a friendly personality and a positive outlook ? Strong sense of personal accountability ? Attention to detail/Focus during repetitive work ? Previous document preparation is a plus, but not required Compensation: You will be compensated at a per bin rate of $21. This means that you will be paid $21 for every bin of envelopes you prepped to completion. On average, it takes about two hours to completely prepare a bin. How does it work? On your own schedule, you will pick up bins of mail from our office located in Portsmouth, NH. From there, you will prep the bins at your remote location, and then return the bins once completely prepped back to our office, with a compensation rate of $21 per completed bin.
