We are seeking a Senior Director of Generative AI Engineering who will spearhead the development and strategic deployment of Generative AI applications across organizations. Champion the integration of AI technologies focuses on developing state-of-the-art models to generate text, images, music, and other media, addressing the diverse needs of industries and creating unprecedented user experiences. This role will lead a group of experts and work closely with vendors and cross-functional teams to integrate breakthrough technologies into our digital ecosystem. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Global Emerging Technology, this role will be pivotal in shaping our technology strategy and fostering a culture of innovation. Key Responsibilities: Generative AI Leadership and Innovation: • Lead the strategic engineering and operationalization of Generative AI technologies across the organization, transforming content creation, automation, and interaction. • Drive the adoption and refinement of advanced neural networks, including transformers and GANs (Generative Adversarial Networks), to develop cutting-edge applications. • Oversee the creation of robust AI models that support scalable and ethical AI solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and values. Strategy and Governance: • Create and execute a comprehensive Generative AI strategy that includes vision, roadmap, and KPIs to measure effectiveness and innovation. • Establish rigorous governance frameworks to guide the ethical and responsible usage of Generative AI outputs, addressing issues of bias, fairness, and transparency. • Stay abreast of regulatory developments impacting Generative AI and adjust strategies accordingly. Work with cybersecurity and Legal/Privacy teams to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies for Generative AI. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with AI vendors & communities, and technology leaders to leverage external expertise and identify new opportunities for collaboration. • Present complex Generative AI concepts and their business implications to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear understanding and support for initiatives. • Integrate Generative AI capabilities across business units, facilitating transformative changes in processes and products. Team Development and Leadership: • Lead, and mentor a team of AI professionals specialized in Generative AI, fostering an environment of innovation and high performance. • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team, encouraging the exploration of AI methods and tools. • Ensure the team delivers on cutting edge projects by managing resources effectively and aligning efforts with broader business goals. Qualifications & Experience Requirements: • Bachelor’s or master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field. • Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology roles, with at least 3 years in AI technologies in developing and implementing projects and 3+ years in leadership positions. • Lead the entire software development life cycle, including architecture design, writing clean code, conducting code reviews, writing documentation, unit/integration tests, identifying issues and resolutions • Experience with client-side technologies such as React, Angular, Vue.js, HTML and CSS • Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, Fast API , or C++, system design, cloud services, and DevOps practices. • Experience in leading large-scale AI projects from conception through deployment and scaling, including knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure to deploy AI solutions. • Experience with Cybersecurity, risk assessment, data protection, encryption, Privacy regulations, and risk mitigation strategies. • A deep understanding of digital transformation and its impact on business strategy. • Outstanding leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Proven ability to work in a global, multicultural environment with cross-functional teams. • Ability to stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and AI technologies Apply Job!
