Senior Data Analyst, Marketing (Remote)

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst with relevant marketing measurement experience to help support our marketing growth team. Responsibilities • Develop and maintain datasets, KPIs, and reporting tools / dashboards for various teams, with a focus on marketing • Develop statistical models explaining campaign performance, impact, and other key patterns • Identify insights and trends without relying on full attribution accuracy • Performing ad-hoc analyses to better understand user behavior / trends, impact of different promotions, etc • Translate insights into actionable recommendations •... Work cross functionally with various teams to test and iterate on existing and new campaigns Qualifications • 3-5+ years of experience within an analytics-oriented role is required • Very strong SQL skills, including experience building and maintaining complex SQL pipelines • Strong statistical knowledge: ability to tease out incrementality vs. correlations, confounder identification and amelioration, etc. • Strong understanding of marketing measurement, attribution, and analysis • Experience working with Tableau or similar visualization tools • Proficiency in Python, R, or other similar languages a strong plus, but not a requirement • Self-starter who thrives under high level of autonomy Compensation & Benefits We believe in fair and equitable pay. For this role, in this particular location, a reasonable estimate of the base salary range for new hires is between $90,000 USD to $150,000 USD, plus benefits including Medical, Dental, PTO, and 401k.
