Customer Service Representative - Outbound & Inbound Support Specialist

In this remote position, you will provide exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively... Responsibilities ? Conduct outbound calls to potential customers. ? Handle inbound customer service inquiries and problems. ? Identify customer needs and route them to the appropriate department. ? Work in a blended call center environment, making outbound calls and taking inbound calls. ? Support sales campaigns related to corporate needs. ? Accurately document all call information in the system. Requirements ? High School Diploma or GED. ? 1-2 years of related experience. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ? Proficiency in outbound calling techniques. ? Experience with outbound dialing, upselling, telemarketing, timeshare, cold calling, or phone sales is a plus. ? Mortgage, banking, or financial industry experience is a plus. ? Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and multitask. Job Details ? Full-time: Monday-Friday. ? Pay: (18.00-)19.00 per hour. ? Remote position with flexible shifts between 8 AM-11 PM EST.
