Explain the purpose of field visits to build trust and alleviate concerns among policyholders ? Maintain and update work order statuses in the system ? Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and achieve productivity goals ? Communicate schedule changes and updates to management and Field Consultants What Is Required (Qualifications) ? Excellent communication and customer service skills ? High emotional intelligence with good listening and problem-solving abilities ? Ability to organize, prioritize work, and handle multiple assignments simultaneously ? Strong analytical skills and resourcefulness ? Proficiency in managing time-sensitive tasks and projects How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) ? Experience in a customer service role or similar position ?
