Administer and analyze virtual assessments to monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as required. ? Collaborate with general education teachers to ensure proper accommodations and modifications are in place. ? Maintain open and regular communication with students and their families, offering updates and support. ? Engage in ongoing professional development through virtual meetings and learning communities to enhance teaching effectiveness. Qualifications ? Education: Bachelor's degree in Special Education; Master's degree preferred. ? Certification: Valid teaching license with an endorsement in learning disabilities. ? Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a special education environment. ? Technical Skills: Proficient in assistive technology and virtual learning platforms. ? Skills: Strong organizational and time management capabilities, adept at differentiating instruction for an online setting. ?
